“received the topper on unpacking it we noticed some dirty hand marks on the cover aired the mattress used it the next night and it is very comfy but will have to wash the cover before we use it full time”

“It's a present, so not used yet, but the same as one I've bought previously, so I'm sure it will be fine. However, it was delivered in a wet and dirty box "it's just a bit damp" that had come apart because of the soaking. Hopefully, the plastic wrap inside will have protected it. You really need to use a carrier with a better attitude towards customers' purchases.”
