“Delivery was next day! Wrapped in secure box and well wrapped. Little booklet to keep handy with care details . Once unpacked I left over night to air and fill out as recommended. Cover is washable and has grip on reverse and adjustable straps to secure it better. Read reviews on other well known topper and that was a fault which led to movement, so far no movement on the panda topper. I was sceptical as I being a post-menopausal woman didn’t want to get hot during the night. So far during august this has not happened but I am using 400 thread cotton sheets. My sleep… I’ve found I’m not tossing and turning all night, feel more refreshed and no hip or shoulder pain, which I had on my old mattress. One month on and I would recommend this to anyone who feels their mattress springs or lumpy areas and doesn’t want to replace their mattress. My sleep has definitely improved and I’m happy with my purchase from ordering, professional package to quality of product. Simple 180 twist when I change bedding. Haven’t washed cover yet but I’m not dreading it as cover is well made and has a zip which all looks well made. 5/5 so far refreshing to feel like a brand I would recommend and not regret buying”

“This is a great topper.it's firm but not too firm and stays cool in even in very hot weather. I made the mistake of putting a mattress protector on it. This was synthetic so it warmed up. It's very comfortable and I'm sleeping better than I have for a long time. I had a synthetic topper before, a soft one, this was comfy and flt like sleeping on a cloud but offered no support and was too warm in summer.”

“Got this because it promised to be a game changer regards my arthritic hips and knee but despite making my uncomfortable mattress very comfortable it hasn't solved the pain problem. Maybe nothing will. ☹️. Also found this topper to be very warm. Not so great in summer but will be welcome in the winter months.”
