“The best customer service! I requested for my parcel to be delivered to my local shop but unfortunately it was turned away and sent back to Panda. I contacted customer support who organised for my order to be resent even though they hadn’t received the other parcel yet. This was on the Thursday going into bank holiday and I got the parcel on Saturday! On top if this its by far the best bedding I have ever bought. I also got the mattress topper which is amazing. Incredible satisfied.”
