“I bought this mattress topper because the website highlighted that it was great for side sleepers with shoulder and hip pain. Unfortunately it just made the problem worse and then added lower back pain to the mix.

“Item arrived very quickly and put into my mother in laws bed. After two weeks we noticed that a hard ridge was still apparent. After rotating the Mattress it still apparent. I contacted customer service who were good and advised that sometimes during packaging this can happen. She advised and arranged collection and send out a replacement or a full refund was offered. We asked for the refund as we do not want the same issue again.”

“At first it seemed great, but during the second month I started waking up with bad pain in my sides. Took the topper off and sleeping much better without it. I think the product is good quality, but the 30 days wasn't quite long enough for me to see if it was right for me, and now unfortunately it's just taking up space until I work out how to discard it.”
