“I bought bath sheets and a bath rug. The materials are beautifully soft, very absorbent and dry quickly. I have not yet laundered the items so cannot comment any further on practicalities. However the care instructions included with the items are minimal which is disappointing for such expensive products. I sought clarification on the Panda web site which provided contradictory instructions to those on the labels! I had to contact customer services. They told me rugs and towels should not be washed above 40 degrees Celsius and ideally better to wash well below that. I am not sure how hygienic this is! Additionally I was very disappointed to find the paper labels affixed to the towels and rug were attached with plastic tags! For such expensive products which purport great customer service and ethical values I have been left feeling unsure as to whether I have made the right decision in buying these items.”
