We have increased the amount of bamboo in the cover, reducing the polyester percentage, to utilise bamboo to its full effects plus in line with our eco-friendly approach. “Ordered 2 of these pillowcases expecting them to be the same as the original ones which came with pillows my son purchased 12 months or so ago. Unfortunatly although details gave impression they were the same, when they came these pillowcases were a cream colour not white as stated and also made up differently. I am not happy about this but after speaking through messages to you it appears that these are how you sell them now. I do think your description is misrepresentation of this product.”
“Disappointed. About 60% thinner than the original pillow cover and it's no longer as comfy. Bring the originals back! Stop listening to consultants who advise that you cut costs and go for thinner options yet still charge the same price. I won't buy again, I'm out!”

We had reached out to you to ask you to send images (or let us know the care label material details) of the Panda Pillow Cover so we can confirm the situation and we did not hear back from our latest communication. We wanted to reduce the amount of polyester we use in our Panda Pillow Covers, in line with our environmental policy, and increased the content of bamboo. Bamboo is more expensive to produce than polyester however we kept the price the same for our customers. We're sorry again you feel this way as we have had many positive experiences with our Panda Pillow.
