“To be fair I ordered the wrong covers for the pillows I’d just received from you so that was entirely my mistake but the returns process is not easy and I had to seek help from the chatbot/customer service as the option to return the covers didn’t appear in the items for return section - which is odd as the system asks for your order number you’re returning so you’d expect it to be a bit smarter than it is.
That said, I’ve ordered a lot from panda london this year and I LOVE the products, the ethos and the whole concept, and will no doubt buy more in the future.”

“Very nice pillow for my four months baby for preventing flat headed. He lay flat for two months and still maintained his rounded head! It's not suggested for baby under 12 months to use any pillow but it works fine for my baby.”
