“I originally ordered the pillow for myself. I have tried many pillows over many years, including over expensive down ones. However at the moment I am suffering with really bad shoulder pains, hence the reason for purchasing Panda pillow. I found it slightly too firm but was determined to get used to it. However in the end I rang Panda customer services and Tom listened to my woes and recommended their slightly softer pillow. I now have the softer one and it’s perfect for me. My partner has the original and took to it straight away. He cannot get over the fact his head now stays dry. We now have the topper as well which is so comfortable. I really cannot recommend this company enough!! If all companies were as caring as Panda life then life would be so less stressful. Thank you!!”
