“I originally ordered the pillow for myself. I have tried many pillows over many years, including over expensive down ones. However at the moment I am suffering with really bad shoulder pains, hence the reason for purchasing Panda pillow. I found it slightly too firm but was determined to get used to it. However in the end I rang Panda customer services and Tom listened to my woes and recommended their slightly softer pillow. I now have the softer one and it’s perfect for me. My partner has the original and took to it straight away. He cannot get over the fact his head now stays dry. We now have the topper as well which is so comfortable. I really cannot recommend this company enough!! If all companies were as caring as Panda life then life would be so less stressful. Thank you!!”

“Not going to lie, I thought these memory pillows was going to be a waste of money. I normally put cost before quality. As the years go on, I have learned that you can't do this with beds and pillows. So I invested in two of these for my wife and I. Two months on, the pillows are in the EXACT same condition as purchased, except a small indentation where my shoulder normally rests into. I am an erratic sleeper, starting on my side, waking up on my front. Before this pillow, I would normally wake up with a sore back and neck. With this pillow (and a new mattress 'ghostbed') this is no longer an issue. Oh, and by the way I am 23 stone and 6ft tall, so I was expecting these pillows to flood the trend of all others, turning into a pancake within 4 weeks.
The pillow seems to keep my neck inline with my spine and compresses to ensure ok this happens. I am now even able to sleep on my back because of this, something I have never done in 30 years!
Some people has mentioned a smell, I didn't notice this but my wife did. After a couple weeks it dies down, disappearing altogether.
All in all, a great purchase and have already recommended it to others.”
