“Excellent for waking up with no pain in shoulders and neck, takes a bit of getting used to as it's like a brick! As soon as you put your head on tho it's quite squishy, definitely doesn't get hot so it is actually like the cold side of the pillow all night.”

“For as long as I can remember I have always used 2 pillows for sleep.
