“I ordered a bamboo matress protector for the summer period to see if it was cooler to the skin. It certainly was, 70% bamboo. I;m not inspired to purchase a bed set in 100% bamboo for next summer. It's beautifully soft too and washes really well, no shrinkage and still so soft. Excellent product and very satisfied and barely any more expensive than high street home stores. Try it!”
“After ordering the mattress protector (which is amazing and sure is 100% waterproof) I decided to acquire the pillows as the reviews were good.... I can honestly say it's the best nights sleep I have ever had! No more tossing and turning and flipping pillows over....so used to two pillows and just one did take a bit of getting used to at first but I can assure you it's one of the best and I wouldn't be without it now.
As for the customer service....they go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. I really cannot recommend this company enough.
