“After fitting it i woke up several times during the night wringing with sweat. The protector has a waterproof top that does not breathe. This defeats the purpose of having a protector made from bamboo. Bamboo is breathable but the waterproof top is not. Removed after 2 nights. Customer service were very helpful and sent me return label so that i could return it.”

“The waterproofing is great. The material feels nice.
Was initially really pleased with the purchase.
However after a few months of washing, the matress protector has shrunk slightly each time (in a 40 degree C wash) so is getting harder and harder to stretch over my mattress.
I'm only washing these at 30 degrees now, so hopefully that prevents the shrinkage.”
