“Having slept on the original version of the panda pillow for some time, I felt the need for a little more support to my knock cervix. Having slept on the improv d Verizon for some new ghost, I find I don’t have my usual pain in my neck and appreciate the cooler sleeping surface.

Thank you for your feedback and we're very sorry to hear this has been your experience with the Hybrid Pillow so far. We can see the return has been opened and wanted to provide additional advice as we can see it has been slept on for one night.
As you have just received the pillow recently, we would recommend trying it out for at least a week as it can take some getting used to. Typically we find that customers who use our pillow consistently for at least a week end up really happy with it. The human body is very sensitive and will naturally resist change, especially when it comes to our sleep. As a rule of thumb, we would recommend using the Hybrid Pillow for at least a few more days to see if you start to feel the benefits. Should you still have issues after this period, or if you aren't willing to try the pillow any more than you have, then we'll proceed with your return for a refund, of course.
