I’ve been in the nursing profession for 20+ years and consequently suffered tremendously with lower back pain. “It really works very well for me. It looks very tall but as a side sleeper it's just the right height. It's also got the right amount of give for me. It runs still a little too hot for me, but it is better than most of the other pillows that I have tried. All in all a happy purchase.”
