“Having slept on the original version of the panda pillow for some time, I felt the need for a little more support to my knock cervix. Having slept on the improv d Verizon for some new ghost, I find I don’t have my usual pain in my neck and appreciate the cooler sleeping surface.
So I would rate the new pillow very highly; compared to the original - and that was an improvement when first tried. So yes, I would buy it again. Another excellent Panda item from an excellent company.”

As you have just received the pillow recently, we would recommend trying it out for at least a week as it can take some getting used to. Typically we find that customers who use our pillow consistently for at least a week end up really happy with it. The human body is very sensitive and will naturally resist change, especially when it comes to our sleep. As a rule of thumb, we would recommend using the Hybrid Pillow for at least a few more days to see if you start to feel the benefits. Should you still have issues after this period, or if you aren't willing to try the pillow any more than you have, then we'll proceed with your return for a refund, of course.

“I have had the Memory Foam Bamboo Pillow for several years, while a great pillow I found for the hot nights it got very warm and would awaken with my hair wet from sweat. The Hybrid Bamboo Pillow while more expensive I decided to take a chance and purchase. I do not regret my decision, this pillow is super and does work. While the top of the pillow gets warm it cools and if you put your hand under the bottom of the pillow you can feel where the heat has been conducted downwards. The secret is not to cover with your own pillow case but use the four-sided bamboo case as this lets it breathe. Well worth the money.”
