One drawback however, there was one item missing from the original order. I contacted Panda, by email, to notify them and had a reply within minutes, apologising for the mistake and letting me know the missing item would be sent next day. You do not get any better customer support than that, fantastic! Very impressed.

“I've been using this pillow for 30 days now. I bought it to try to shift some neck pain, which is proving stubborn, but the pillow is definitely better than the latex one it's replacing. I tried going back to that last week and had instant cauliflower ear! Back to Panda sharpish! The pillow is a little low, so I'm still using a thin old hollowfibre one underneath - I've seen other reviewers who've had the same reaction. About another inch would do the job.
I don't see why it's £90, though. I thought £55 for my latex was a lot, but that was replacing a 20+year old latex I'd paid £28 for, and it's not as good. The Panda is an improvement, but expensive.
Bottom line - it's the perfect firmness for a side/back sleeper; I don't have to think about it, just sleep, and I'm back to nice long sleeps. Definitely recommended, with caveats.”
“I'm already a former Bamboo Pillow user (Actually everyone in the house has one), so I decided to purchase the new Hybrid Bamboo Pillow. In a nutshell, the Pillow is great, bigger size, support, etc, but I don't think all these extra features justify the price tag, both for the pillow or for the cover, it's just too expensive.”
“I NEVER leave reviews but felt completely compelled to on this ocassion. Throughout my whole life I have suffered from sensory issues and these particularly affect me with pillows and sleep. If my pillow has even 1 little lump or if it doesn't feel completely even on my head I can't sleep and will spend hours trying to get comfortable.
