“After two years of sleeping on Panda’s original bamboo pillow I decided I needed a change. My neck was starting to ache and I needed more. Of course I would look at Panda’s offerings first and was delighted to find they were selling a new Hybrid Pillow. More expensive that the original and it was hyped up to be more than its predecessor.
Without waffling on, the hybrid pillow was not what I was hoping for. I found it softer than the original and it lacked in support.
I contacted customer services who were, and have always been, very quick to respond, patient and helpful. I cannot fault them and they will honour their 30day trial.
It is because of the trial I will suggest you give the pillow a go but if you want more than the original, you may not get it. I didn’t.”

I used to sleep with my arms under the pillow (side sleeper) for the extra lift which would give me all sorts of shoulder pain. That no longer the case. Honest price for a truly great pillow. However, when I phoned, they offered a 20% return option instead of returning for a full refund.
As my son liked it, I thought I might as well give it to him and get £20 back. (I spent £100 on the pillow and case.) Instead, I got £13. They didn't give the refund after tax, which I paid, and they didn't give 20% back on the pillowcase you need for the oversized pillow.
Very, very sneaky.
If you want to return and are presented with the same option, refuse the 20% return.
Of course, even if you like it, you could play them at their own game and get 13% off…”
