“I do love this pillow as for the most part it has gotten rid of my neck pain and so far returns to its shape after each sleep with little to no plumping.
The only "criticisms" I have with it, are it's not quite thick enough to use by itself, and it's a little too thick to use with another standard pillow, but luckily I have a super flat pillow to bolster the height slightly. Additionally, I understand that it's a hybrid but it could do with being a little firmer.
However, these criticisms are essentially nitpicking and overall I world say the comfort and quality of the pillow is excellent (one should hope so for the price). Time will tell for longevity, but it's been a month or so and no noticeably deterioration has occurred.”
