“I am a side sleeper and bought this based on the reviews. I woke up at 3am with bad neck pains and had to go back to my old pillow. I returned the pillow a few days later and got an email on 26/3/24 saying they had received my return I would recieve my refund in 1-2 business days. It's now 31/3/24 and I'm still waiting for the refund.”
