The topper cover is lovely fabric and the memory foam is comfortable and has improved a very firm mattress.
My daughter has a longer European length single bed, so it was ideal for me that this longer size was an option.
When I tried sleeping in the bed, the topper still didn't stop pins and needles in my hands during the night, due to firmness of mattress underneath, but the topper provided a definite improvement to aching back.
