“We recently bought a new firm Hypnos mattress and we were happy with it but it did feel a bit too firm so our Panda topper has sorted that. We now have a good solid mattress base and a comfy topper. It does make you warmer at night but if you adjust heating and bedding it’s absolutely fine.”

“Ordered a topper on standard delivery and it arrived in 2 days!
Sadly on this 1st topper the creases from folding never settled out and left ridges in the topper. After 48 hrs I went to the online chat spoke to a very helpful guy. I showed him 2 photos of the problem and within 5 minutes a new topper was on its way, and collection of the 1st one organised.
New topper arrived the next day and 24 hours later all was good.
Although thinner than our previous topper is is just (if not more) supportive but so much cooler ( the main reason for buying Panda).
I only hope that it keeps its shape unlike our previous one ( not a Panda)
