“This is a great company to deal with, so l feel sad having to give a bad review for this product. I bought a super king bamboo duvet, which was amazing to begin with. Unfortunately, l have now had to go back to using my old microfibre one as the bamboo constantly sheds through the cover and is really difficult to remove. After spending a huge amount of time gathering the bamboo with sticky tape each time l changed the bed, l have been defeated! Such a shame as the product is extremely warm, comfortable and feels amazingly soft. I think a thicker covering or tighter edge stitching may help solve the problem but for me, l have given up”
