“The duvet has a luxurious feel but unfortunately it wasn’t evenly filled. The customer services were brilliant and have organised a new one to be delivered and the other one collected, both on the same day.

“I bought the duvet and the pillow...I ordered this one day and it came the next...so top marks for delivery...I was sceptical with my purchase of a a bamboo duvet...but all that I read on different websites were very encouraging saying that this was one of the best bamboo duvet that was on the market at this time...and no need to worry as it was...I am more than pleased with my purchase...so as I say at the top of this review Excellent...and anyone out there thinking of a new duvet put this Duvet on your list...you won't be disappointed.Thank You”
“This is the first time we have come away from the traditional feathers, and did a bit of research for the best duvet with new technology. This is amazing! Soft warm and surprisingly light yet snuggly. We are very very happy with the duvet, so much so we are saving up to buy the children one each! Excellent customer service department too, very quick to help with any questions. Very happy”
