“Ordered a duvet in plenty of time before it was needed. On the Wednesday before I needed it the duvet hadn't turned up so I contacted Panda only to find out DHL had lost the package and there was no explanation. I said no problem so long as they can deliver by Friday (2 working days) and was told this would not be a problem. On Friday I got a notification from DPD saying the delivery will be on Monday ... too late. I noticed the duvet had gone on sale over the weekend so requested the price to be matched and the postage to be refunded. On Monday I received a reply from Panda saying they will cancel the delivery as requested (not what I had requested!). DPD came to the door with the package that we wanted and scanned it only to be told the delivery had been cancelled and they were unable to hand it over.
Whilst I appreciated Jonathan from customer service ringing up to try and arrange the delivery once again I was fairly cheesed off by this point having spent a lot of money and already changing plans on two days to ensure we were in for the delivery only to have our time wasted.
Extremely frustrating experience and I will not be ordering from Panda again.”
“We ordered a topper and duvet. They were delivered quickly with tracking. The quality is really good and everything was super comfortable but unfortunately the 10.5 tog was too warm for us and even with windows open in spring it was too much. We tried it for a week and then had to return them. They arranged next day pick up.

“This is a very luxurious feeling duvet. It is heavy, feels lovely at night and sits really well on the bed. It is very warm, sometimes perhaps too warm for my liking but that is personal preference. I love the ties inside to keep the cover in place.”
Thank you for your feedback and we're sorry to hear this. Our Cloud Duvet has a bamboo and NanoMicrofibre 50/50 blend and we wanted it to be an all seasons duvet. We're aware this may not work for everyone and we have a 30 Night Trial available so it can be returned plus a full refund. We can see this has now occurred and the return completed.
