“The customer service and how a company deals with issues is just as important as the product they sell.
This company seems to care deeply for its customers which is a breath of fresh air in a cynical world of "let's see what we can take them for". I was dealt with compassionately and with respect even though the issue was not theirs.
The duvet is a thing of beauty and it feels gorgeously soft. Although I would not say that this is a duvet for all seasons (I do run cold, well frankly arctic), due to way I have been dealt with, I cannot recommend this company highly enough, and I will return for the bedding once I've saved up some pennies.”
