“Great products all round! One minor niggle is that the grey sheets show up the slight hint of sweat, grease or anything really! However it washes well! The pillows and duvet are brilliant!”

I already owned the pillows (which I really like), so thought I'd treat myself to the duvet with some spare cash I'd saved up. Can't say I'm overly impressed with it after 2 weeks.
When I took it out of the box it instantly began to shed filling/fluff all over my undersheet and floor. Upon closer inspection there were bits of filling sticking out from a lot of the "Bavarian style pocketing" squares, most of which I either had to trim back with scissors or pull out (to stop it creating even more mess). Once I'd laid the duvet out to air I also noticed that a lot of these squares were inconsistently filled. Some had loads in, others barely anything at all. What made it worse was the filling had clumped together in the properly filled squares, making it feel lumpy and uneven. Bit disappointing for something costing £145.

“I already had a 10.5 tog duvet and wanted one for summer. When I saw the claims that is duvet was supposed to be good all year round and would keep you cool in summer as well as it’s other features like sustainability, I thought great! However, I’ve hardly been able to use it in summer so far for overheating. I feel like it was a bit of a waste of money for my needs. It’s a nice duvet but now I have 2 10.5 tog duvets neither of which works in summer.”
“Just spent my first night with my Cloud and as the title says I couldn’t be any happier. It feels very luxurious and comfortable, silky smooth, and it regulates temperature perfectly. I had to work with customer service to change my order and they were quick and friendly. Easy 5 stars”
