I unfortunately received the wrong size sheet initially but as soon as I contacted them to let them know, they sent a replacement one immediately, no questions asked plus an apology! They simply asked that I return the original one with the prepaid QR code that they sent me. So easy and trustworthy. Can’t fault them. Would recommend them and will be buying more from them when needed.”

I love the Natural with its darker flecks as I can add colour with pillows or a throw. The linen+bamboo mix is, unsurprisingly, not silky smooth like the 100% bamboo but the cosiness pays off. Excellent customer service ensured I received a quick exchange when I realised my chosen colour wasn't suitable (I hadn't opened the packs, of course!) Thank you, Panda.”
