“This bedding is beautiful! Really luxurious to feel and looks fabulous. It has completely solved my body temperature issues!
But… the quality and endurance of the actual bedding craftsmanship falls short. On the first wash, a button came off and one of the button holes tore (so cannot be repaired). Customer care were excellent and sent me a new duvet cover replacement promptly.
But the new one has cotton frays along one seam edge and a hole (torn fabric again) at one end of the opening, after its first wash!!
The edges either need to be double seamed/strengthened, or something needs to be done to give the fabric longevity. I’m in love with this fabric, but for the price, it’s not living up to the endurance bedding requires.”
