“I researched a number of this type of mattress and decided upon the Panda. There was an initial enquiry as to whether the collection had also been booked at the time of my order, and the Customer Service rep was very helpful over the phone to ensure it was arranged correctly. I have slept 4 nights so comfortably, with no aches and very restful sleep. I would say this is medium/firm. Excellent quality and would recommend this to friends and family. There isn't much of a smell that you get with this type of mattress - very faint and I expect it will fade in days. The delivery team were very polite, took my old mattress away for recycling, and unpacked and placed the new Panda onto my bed.”
“Love my new Panda mattress. So comfy and I'm slowly noticing improvements to my back pain. My previous mattress was so light and cheap. This is super heavy and thick - you can really feel the quality. It's also warmer to get into at night which is great in the winter!
I was really impressed by the delivery too. My old one was picked up for free and the delivery men offered to unbox my mattress for me as it's incredibly heavy. As someone who lives on their own I'm so glad as I wouldn't have been able to do it myself!
The only downside is the smell, which does linger for a few days. Also with it being so heavy, I'm actually not sure how I'd take the cover off to wash it. It's probably a two person job!”
