“It's a good mattress but it's took me a long time to get get accustomed to it my other mattress was soft this one is still a little too firm for me but my husband loves it, I think I would have been better off with the other mattress not the pro one”
“Unfortunately we’re unable to comment on actual comfort of the mattress as we haven’t been able to use it due to a strong chemical smell that we fear will never go away and we might have to return it. I had read about the smell before but it said it should go away in a few days or a few reviews mention a week, for us it has been around a month….we were really excited about this mattress, so very disappointing this is the case.”

“I believe I tried all mattresses on the market (Emma, simba even 3k tempur one. I spent sleepless and very painful nights due to my health issues with joints and back problem. All mattresses seamed ok for a few weeks but after like 3/4 weeks I was literally dreading to go to bed and be in agonizing pain all night through. I bought Panda’s topper for my sofa ages ago and as it was sooo very comfortable I just didn’t realised it’s even there till I was moving out. When I was looking for a sustainable and mainly toxic free mattress I crossed Panda’s websites and thanks God I did! The customer service was fanstastic and organized the delivery for the next months to my new home. On the day of delivery I was well informed about the delay that have occurred during the day. When 2 guys arrive with the package they took it to the bedroom upstairs without any hesitation and in fact with a smile so theirs faces. As soon as I unwrapped the mattress and made myself horizontal I felt like I’m in a heaven as it felt so comfortable. It’s now been about 5 weeks since I’m using Panda mattress and I honestly cannot wait to get into the bed. It’s most definitely the most comfortable mattress I’ve purchased in past 24 years.”
