“Having owned Panda pillows and mattress toppers previously I finally saved up enough to buy the Ultimate Experience bundle. As expected it is a fantastic bundle - beautifully soft sheets, excellent mattress protector, brilliant topper and pillows…..really luxurious. So why only 4 out of 5? Simple….everything should fit, right? No. The pillow case covers are anywhere between 2-5 inches too big for the supplied pillows. I presume this is for people who have ‘regular’ size pillows. But surely everything should fit together as its sold as a bundle? Everything else fits perfectly, but each morning I find the pillowcases have slipped all over the place and when making my bed there is a 3 inch overlap on my pillowcases meaning the bed looks less than perfect every time. This is really annoying considering the price spent and the quality expected. I wonder if Panda actually read these reviews? If so I would like to contacted.”

We apologise this has been your experience with Panda London and as explained, we have done extensive research on third generation memory foam and used this information to create the Panda Pillow. We didn't want all our other products to be co-dependent on each other so each Panda Pillow comes with its own cover plus we provide Pillowcases that would fit either our own pillow plus a standard size pillow.
Customer feedback is very important to us and we are looking at our developing our range to see how we can improve it further but we apologise again that this hasn't been to your satisfaction.

“Been sleeping badly and I’m allergic to polyester. After my boyfriend got irate with me for not doing anything about it, I bought this to shut him up. It’s completely worth the money. It’s all soft, silky and even though I am a naturally hot person, the duvet seems to be mostly perfect. I would like a thin throw option as an extra for extra hot days but mostly this works well. I’m sleeping so much better and actually look forward to getting snuggle now.
On the customer service. They are ridiculously speedy at replying. I asked about NHS discount and was given one super fast. I was sent the wrong colour bedding and eye masks and was promptly sent a replacement. I feel a little frustrated at the mix up because I was so excited putting it all on fresh and didn’t realise until I got to the bedding part that I had the wrong colour. So I had to sleep a few nights with no protection for my expensive new bedding. However it does feel like luxury and I’m finally getting more sleep which is helping with my anxiety. So I can’t complain really. Having a more healthy mind is worth the initial hassle.”
