“Very early days at the moment because I've only had the mattress a couple of weeks. Delivery was smooth and on time. Having read a lot of reviews I expected there to be a strong odour for a few days but there was hardly any.
I like a firm mattress but this is a lot firmer than anticipated - when sitting up in bed, reading, I can feel the springs under my backside and it's not the most comfortable. Initial feelings are that the top layers of foam could do with being a bit thicker.
Sleeping has had mixed results so far. Mostly extremely comfortable but a couple of nights of poor sleep where it's felt too firm. Luckily I have my trusted Panda Mattress Topper which is fabulous, but I don't want to have to use it on my new mattress. Here's a thought - maybe attach a topper to the mattress as a sort of pillow-top? That would definitely be a selling point.
Like I said, early days so I'll see what it's like after a few more weeks. Thankfully Panda have a trial period although I've not had to use it with any of their products yet.”
