“This duvet is not light, it's actually very heavy. It's also impossible to wash, barely fits in a standard washing machine and may actually damage your appliances when wet. I wish I hadn't spent so much money on it now.”
“Lovely feeling duvet, however size not as advertised, leading to many restless nights through duvet slippage inside the cover. Thought the cover was at fault, but measured the duvet at 207cm x 214cm, not as 220cm x 225cm as stated. Will be useless in any future king size cover, so will be seeking refund.”

Return was easy and I was kept up to date on return and refund.
