“I replaced an old mattress with a new firm one as I was waking up with hip and shoulder aches. This made no difference. I read some reviews for mattresses toppers which said they relieved pressure points while sleeping. I thought it was worth a try but wasn't really expecting an improvement as I am getting older and imagined the aches were just what you had to put up with. I was wrong. Two weeks in and I now wake up with no aches at all.”
