“This was the second mattress as the first did not inflate to the correct width (160cm stated but only reached 156cm after 60hours). We have the same problem with the second but I am exhausted with the customer service marathon to get this changed. Please advise”
“I’ve had a Simba mattress for years which I’ve always loved and been really happy with. When I moved house, I treated myself to a new King sized bed and a new Simba mattress. They’ve changed the design and the new one was no where near as comfy and gave me back ache every night and I’d wake up stiff, to the point where I started sleeping back on the old one in the spare room.
I decided to try a mattress topper to try and improve the new bed, but wanted one that had a money back guarantee on it, in case it didn’t work. Top tip I saw online somewhere/ if you have a Simba/Emma type mattress with the removable zip cover, you can zip the mattress topper inside the zipped bit of your mattress, so you’d never even realise it was there to look at and it keeps it perfectly in place.
