“I spend hours researching the best pillows for side sleepers, and decided to purchase the hybrid pillow based on multiple recommendations. When I first received it I was a bit worried as it wasn't very high and was quite soft, and being a side sleeper I need the support. however after sleeping on it now for about 2 weeks I can honestly say I've slept better than I have in the last few years. Although it is on the softer side, my head still feels supported and my spine/neck is aligned. The cover is easy to remove and wash. The memory foam has lots of holes in it meaning it's breathable and doesn't get hot. I will say that if you like a "firm" pillow, I wouldn't necessarily recommend this, and I think if you had quite broad shoulders this would sit too low for you and not give you that support. However, you may find the other bamboo pillow more suitable. Overall I'd definitely recommend this pillow for side and back sleepers.”

“I stuck it out for 3 weeks but the pillow is too high/deep for me, even though I have broad shoulders as a 5'8" female. Unfortunately it's given me neck ache so am sending it back.
I would consider buying one if they made a lower version.”

You can't use covers over it, so stuck with the one cover ( should come with two for the money imho )
Not as deep as I would prefer and no option to change this.
On the whole better than a pillow, but was the price worth it, not really”
