“The product is ok and came quickly, and it has enough bits for basic needs. I found the engine a bit weak. Too many times it couldn't do what was needed and it was not what i expected. It was the case that really made me angry. The case is important to keep the tool and the accessories clean and safe. On the first time that I opened it, the little red clips that should lock / unlock the case just feel off, and there was no way to put them back. They just don't fit. Inside the case, 2 tools get loose every time and fall from their place. I can't lock the case, and i need to keep it in a safe place because someone might just pick up and everything will fall down.”
