“The heater works efficiently after I realised that the room temperature has to drop two degrees below the room temperature chosen before it starts heating again. Therefore, to keep my sitting room at around 21 degrees I have to set it at 22 degrees and then it will go from 20 to 22 giving an 'average' temperature of 21 degrees.”
