“It was difficult to find the gift card on the new website, once found it was easy enough to buy. Having not read the full information I hadn’t realised that a physical gift card was not provided but an email sent out to the recipient with a code. This was sent out prior to Christmas and ruined a gift giving experience.”

Hi - thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear the gifting experience wasn't quite as you'd hoped. We do however state on the product detail that the gift certificates are sent electronically and no longer sent via the post. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
