“Only took out the policy as it was the cheapest at the time and needed insurance asap. What a mistake that was. Firstly yes it was cheap compared to the other quotes but it was only TPFT cover with an excess. I usually get fully comprehensive cover with no excess for the same price. The Drivology app. that you are forced to use is useless. I advise changing the default options as soon as it is installed. Then there is the non existent customer service. They are quick to answer the phone to give a quote or take your money but never seem to answer for anything else. Overall I would say my experience with Drivology has been the worst car insurance experience yet. I would highly avoid in the future and would rather pay more than ever use Drivology for car insurance. Do yourself a big favour. Go elsewhere and pay more otherwise you will just end up regretting using Drivology.”
