“Useless never sent me a email confirming I was insured 6 calls to customer services couldn't find me so had to do quote again this was Friday evening got new quote said would get cover note by email in 2 hr never got it so got a quote of another company and went with them now people's choice are trying to make me pay for the full year because they are saying I was covered but still received no document from them but tried taking direct debit (I DONT THINK SO)”
