The first payment came out early without warning to which I was fined £20 from them , and also I was asked to confirm my occupation but as I'd left my job to become a homemaker I was told that it was a change in circumstances and my policy was uped by £38 when I asked why the bloke told me as I was not at work I would be driving around a lot more !!! My reply to this was so if I go and get a job in the next couple of months and inform you that I'm re employed would my payments go back down ? Well his response was he couldn't guarantee it would ! .. In actual fact it would then go up another £38 to change it but if you haven't informed them true facts ( as in change of employment your not insured )seems like they will use any excuse to either charge you more or stitch you up if you make a claim !”
