“still haven"t got any documentation for the car insurance policy i took out on the 2/4/17 rang last night to change policy details as ive changed my car and was told it would be £45 to swap details plus an admin fee i just laughed at the girl , the call took around an hour as i was put on hold at least 8 times, in the end i asked her to call me back we were finally getting round to the payment part ( after much haggling ) i was told it was 9-30 pm and she had to go home , and would i ring back today (friday ) and pay the £31 admin fee luckily i managed to get the policy number and the girls name before she rang off not very good business practice as im a returning customer”
