“Very impressed with the product quality, the case, price and accessories. Plus the nice freebies that it comes with. The packaging was fantastic too. Overall it is a great product for the price. So why only 3 stars? Simply because of one thing, while using it the handle vibrates heavily and if used for more than a minute or so really effects the nerves in your hand and can give you pins and needles. The sensation ruins the product in my view and more should be done to dampen the handle vibrations. I use the Theraguns at my gym and this is not a problem at all. Although I do recognise they are much more expensive (and I am in no way affiliated with them).
Fix that issue and it is for sure a 5 star product.”

Just in regards to your point regarding the handle and vibrations, we have not had this issue reported to us before and is not something the device should do.
As such we can inspect your device free of charge for you and ensure it does not have any faults and that it is operating exactly as it should without any issue, of which if any malfunction is found we will send you a brand new device under warranty.

“From ordering my MuscleGun it took 7 days to arrive but was dispatched the day after I ordered. Parcelforce got it to my local depot within 24hrs!
Once received I was very impressed with the overall packaging of the item. It looked and felt like it was going to be a good quality item from the outset. One slight thing that let the overall look down was a slight flaw with the lettering on the carry case, it read ‘MucleGur’ as the ‘n’ was damaged and obviously not noticed at the QC checks before being packaged for despatch.
