“It looks okay, a bit large. Power levels are okay. Made from good quality plastic. Instruction book that comes with unit is a bit bare and doesn't cover all the areas well, mostly general instructions.
The free gift of snacks protein bars and plastic container with power was not welcome. It cheapens the unit and should be an optional opt in. Totally unrelated to product itself.
Shipped with too much packaging considering there is a protective case already.”

In regards to our user guide, we have tried to cover all the major muscle groups with that - but we do also have an app which goes in to more depth and offers more elaborate guidance and education on how to use your device - for reference this is called 'Deep By MuscleGun' if you'd like to look that up and download from the Apple / Google App stores.
In regards to your feedback on the size of the device, we advise you to consider our smaller and more compact Carbon G0 and if you would like to consider exchanging your Carbon device for this, please feel free to reach out to our after care support team on sales@muscleguns.co.uk and they will be happy to help and discuss this with you.
In relation to the OTE Sports recovery set, sincere apologies this was not welcome but just to advise, as OTE are a dedicated and leading sports recovery and nutrition related brand, we simply collaborated with them to enhance our offering for our customers and as such we are currently as part of our current promotion including them complimentary with all our orders, but as we are providing them entirely free of charge, only for this reason we have not made them optional at our checkout.
Finally just in relation to packaging, although our devices are supplied in a protective case, we do also just provide some additional protection to avoid any damage to your product packaging whilst in transit.
