What I love most are the different massage heads allow for specialised targeting of muscle groups (the enclosed pamphlet suggests how to use these). This is great for awkward, bony muscle groups like the obliques which a sports massage therapist would find hard to target with their hands.

It feels great on tired muscles but I purchased the muscle gun to try and ease pain in my hip caused from bursitis but no improvement as yet.
I may have to take up returns option”
