“The only complaint I have is the chain is dull, unlike any other sterling silver chains I have. Normally silver chain have a lovely sparkle to them. I'm disappointed with this one.”

Thanks for your feedback. The reason your necklace may appear slightly darker is that each of our sterling silver pieces is plated with rhodium. Rhodium-plated sterling silver is the best kind of silver jewellery to buy as it has longevity, does not tarnish and it's perfect for everyday wear. Not all jewellery companies use this method as rhodium is one the most valuable metals in the world. I hope you enjoy wearing your necklace.
