Hi Jacqui, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Sorry to hear you weren't happy with the size of the padlock pendant. We use the same size pendant in the photos as the one you have received and make sure to include a photo of the necklace on the model for scale. Our photos are shot close to the jewellery so you can see the detail so we ensure all product dimensions are included in the product description (9mm x 13mm).
