“Wonderful Company Fantastic Customer Service I recently ordered a necklace for my Daughter’s Birthday . Unfortunately when it arrived it had a very small indentation in the middle. I contacted Customer Service who advised me that as all items were handmade some items ( although very rarely) have slight imperfections in them. I was told a replacement would be sent out as soon as possible. The next day I had a confirmation that it had been sent and it arrived a few days later. Lovely necklace. Lovely quality. Will definitely use this company again”
