“The knife is great but I selected the gift box option and it didn't arrive in a gift box which was a shame as it was a Christmas present. Luckily I managed to intervene beforehand but still. Not fun if the option provided isn't actioned when selected. Would of bee 5 stars otherwise, Great knife and has been handy for the owner ever since for daily use.”
