I had to telephone to confirm that it was actually engraved as requested because I received the despatch email so soon after placing the order.
I didn't think it could be ready that quick!

It is true what others say about the leather case, it's not the best, especially when the tool is so good (and you want to keep it that way)
However, as a new customer I am very pleased with both my new tool and the service I have received.
For the man who has everything I'm sure he will be chuffed to own one of these. I thought I'd treat myself as I've never had one before.

“Only problem with this Knife is that the 1 handed opening of the serrated edge blade is a bit tricky as it catches on one of the other components in the knife.
Other than that the knife is good, sharp edges and lightweight, would still recommend this knife.”
